How to Write to Us
Email is the way to reach Invistools: contact@invistools.com. Messages go straight to the studio that builds and maintains the site — there is no help desk, no ticket queue and no chatbot in between. Write in English or Ukrainian if you can; other languages are readable with translation help, so do not let language stop you.
Reporting a Problem with a Tool
If a tool produces a wrong result, freezes, or does nothing at all, that is worth reporting. The details that help most are the full address of the page you were on, the browser and operating system you used, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. If one particular file triggers the fault, describe its format and rough size rather than attaching it — the file itself is almost never needed to reproduce a bug, and we would rather it stayed with you.
Suggesting a New Tool
Requests for new tools are welcome, and many of the ones already here began as one. It helps to describe the task you are trying to finish rather than the buttons you imagine — knowing what the work actually is usually leads to a better tool than a literal reading of the request would.
Privacy and Data Questions
Because the tools run in your browser and no accounts exist, there is no personal file or profile of yours stored here to look up, correct or delete. Questions that do apply — about analytics, advertising cookies, or anything set out in the privacy policy — can be sent to the same address and will be answered.
Translation and Wording Corrections
The site is published in 36 languages, and much of that text began as a machine translation. Mistranslations, clumsy phrasing and terms that mean something quite different in your language do slip through. If you spot one, send the address of the page and the phrase as it ought to read; corrections of this kind are applied quickly.
Advertising, Partnerships and Press
Enquiries about advertising, collaborations, licensing or press go to the same address. Please state plainly in the first message what you are proposing, so it can be answered without a round of clarifying questions.
What to Expect
Invistools is a small independent project maintained alongside the studio's other work, so no response time is promised and not every message can receive a reply. Everything is read, however. Clear bug reports and specific tool requests are the ones that turn into changes on the site the fastest.
