A weekly timesheet is easy to fill in and surprisingly easy to add up wrong: minutes are base-60, unpaid breaks have to come off every day, and a night shift crosses midnight. This calculator takes the raw clock times and does the arithmetic exactly.
Enter clock-in and clock-out times for each day you worked and the unpaid break in minutes. Days you leave empty are skipped. The result shows every day’s net hours, the weekly total in hh:mm, and the same total in decimal hours — the format payroll software expects.
If you add an hourly rate, the calculator multiplies it out to gross pay. If you also set a weekly overtime threshold, hours above it are split out and paid at time-and-a-half, so you can check a paycheck against the classic 40-hour rule or any other limit.
