Scheduling across continents is difficult because the relevant offset depends on the meeting date, not only on the cities. Daylight-saving changes often happen on different weekends.
Set the meeting in the organizer’s local time, then choose two attendee zones. The planner converts the proposal to one exact instant and displays the corresponding local date and time for everyone.
Each participant card also marks whether the time falls inside the simple 09:00–18:00 business-hours window. This makes obviously inconvenient proposals easy to spot.
