Minecraft Circle Generator

Minecraft has no round blocks, so every circle is really a pixel pattern — and getting that pattern right by eye is nearly impossible past a few blocks. This generator draws pixel-perfect circles and ellipses using the same proven midpoint math as the classic Minecraft circle charts: a block belongs to the circle when its center falls inside the ideal ellipse, which produces exactly the patterns builders recognize from the well-known reference images.

Set the width and height in blocks (up to 256×256) and pick one of three modes. Thin is the standard outline with the fewest blocks, connected diagonally. Thick keeps the ring walkable with no diagonal gaps — right for parapets and paths. Filled produces the complete disc for floors and lids. The counter above the grid always shows exactly how many blocks the current shape needs, so you can gather materials before you start.

The chart renders on a zoomable, scrollable grid with cyan center guides and bold chunk lines every 16 blocks, which makes transferring the pattern into the game far easier — count runs of blocks row by row, quadrant by quadrant. One click downloads the whole chart as a PNG to keep on a second monitor or print.
