This page opens the one rep max calculator set up for the deadlift — enter the weight you pulled and the reps completed (2–12), and it instantly shows your estimated deadlift 1RM from four formulas with their average, plus a 50–95% percentage table.

Max-effort deadlifts are among the most fatiguing lifts in the gym, which is exactly why estimating from a rep set is standard practice: pull 180 kg for a strict triple and Epley projects about 198 kg while Brzycki gives about 190.6 kg — the average is your realistic planning number. Keep test sets to 5 reps or fewer; grip and lower-back form tend to degrade on high-rep pulls and inflate the error.

Use the chart to load your pulling sessions: 65–75% for speed and volume work, 80–85% for heavy sets of 3–5, 90%+ only for peaking. All math runs live in your browser in kilograms or pounds, with nothing uploaded anywhere.
