See how your title tag and meta description will look in Google search results — live desktop and mobile snippet preview with character and pixel counters.

This page opens the SERP preview with the title field in focus — type or paste your title tag and see its character count, approximate pixel width and the rendered Google-style snippet update live.
Google truncates titles by width, not by characters: the desktop limit is roughly 600 px at about 20 px Arial, which usually lands between 50 and 60 characters — but WIDE CAPITAL LETTERS can overflow at 45 characters while narrow ones survive past 65. That is why this checker shows both counters and draws the actual … cut-off in the preview.
A title that fits is only half the job — front-load the words that matter, because even a truncated title keeps its beginning. Switch the device toggle to mobile to verify the shorter mobile budget, and check your meta description in the same tool while you are here.
