Headphone Test — Left / Right and Stereo Balance
Test your speakers online: left / right channel tones, a 20–200 Hz bass sweep and pink noise — all generated in your browser.

This page opens the speaker test tuned for headphones: put them on, press Left and the tone must appear only in your left ear, press Right for the right ear, then press Both — the tone should sit exactly in the middle of your head.
Headphones make channel mistakes painfully obvious in games and films, yet they are easy to make: earcups worn the wrong way around, a half-seated plug that drops one channel, or a balance slider nudged off center. If Both sounds shifted to one side, check the system balance first, then the cable and connector.
Tones are generated locally by the Web Audio API and panned hard left, hard right or centered — no files, no uploads. For a deeper check, the full test adds a 20–200 Hz bass sweep and pink noise to judge seal and low-end response.
