ZIP Extractor — Open ZIP Files Online

A ZIP archive arrives by email or download, and the only question is: what is inside, and how do you get that one file out? This ZIP extractor answers both in the browser — choose or drop a .zip file and it shows the complete contents as a tree: folders you can expand, every file with its size, and totals for the whole archive.

Nothing is uploaded. The archive is decompressed locally by the fflate engine running in your browser, which makes it safe for private documents, source code or backups and means there is no size cap from a hosting plan — only an honest warning when an archive over 200 MB might strain your device's memory. Password-protected ZIPs cannot be decrypted in the browser, and the tool says so plainly instead of failing with a cryptic error.

Every file in the tree has its own download button, so you can pull out a single invoice from a hundred-file archive without unpacking the rest. A download-all button saves every file one by one, keeping each one exactly as it was stored — nothing is re-encoded or renamed. Entries with unusual paths are listed exactly as recorded in the archive; since nothing is written to a real filesystem, they are harmless here.
