This page opens the alarm clock with 5:00 already entered — press Set alarm and the countdown to five in the morning starts, targeting today if 5 AM is still ahead or tomorrow if it has passed. Waking at five is the classic move of early risers: a workout, a run or two quiet hours of focused work before anyone else is up.
The hard part of a 5 AM start is that the house is silent and one soft beep will not do. This alarm fires a looping generated melody, covers the screen with a wake-up notice and blinks the tab title, then repeats the melody every 30 seconds until you press Stop — hard to sleep through, impossible to miss if you are already shuffling to the kettle.
One honest condition: the alarm lives in this browser tab, so the tab must stay open (the computer must not be asleep either). Browsers can slow timers in background tabs, so if seconds matter, leave the tab visible. Pressing Set alarm doubles as the interaction that unlocks audio — after that, the 5 AM melody is guaranteed a voice.
