Right Click Test — Check Your Right Mouse Button

Test every mouse button online: left, right, middle and side buttons light up on a mouse graphic, with press counters, a scroll check and a double-click detector.

Click, double-click and scroll inside this area. The right-click menu is disabled here so every button can be tested.

Each entry is the time between two clicks of the same button. A deliberate double-click lands around 150–500 ms; intervals under 80 ms are flagged as suspected switch bounce — the fault behind a mouse that double-clicks by itself.

This page opens the mouse tester with the right-button counter highlighted: right-click anywhere in the test area and every press lights the right side of the mouse graphic and increments its counter.

Normally the right button is hard to test because each press opens the context menu. Inside the test area that menu is suppressed, so you can click as fast and as often as you like and compare the counter with the number of physical presses you made.

If some presses do not register, try clicking different corners of the button — a switch that only responds under firm center pressure is wearing out. And if the counter jumps by two on single presses, check the interval log: that is switch bounce, the same fault that plagues left buttons.
