This page opens the UTM builder with the paid-search convention prefilled: utm_source=google and utm_medium=cpc. Add your campaign name and the tagged link is ready to copy.
The cpc medium is the long-standing convention for paid search traffic, and google as the source keeps it distinct from other engines you may also buy on. Note that Google Ads auto-tagging (gclid) can coexist with manual UTM tags — many teams keep both so that non-Google analytics tools still see clean source and medium values. Whatever you choose, keep utm_campaign identical to the campaign name in your ads account: reconciling spend against sessions later depends on that match.
Keep the lowercase and spaces-to-dashes toggles on for ad links — case-sensitive analytics would happily split "Spring_Sale" and "spring_sale" into separate campaigns. Everything is built locally in your browser, and your last five links stay on this device only.
