vCard Generator (VCF)

This vCard generator turns a simple form into a standards-compliant vCard 3.0 contact: first and last name, organization, job title, separate mobile and work phone numbers, email, website, address and a free-text note. The raw .vcf text updates live as you type, so you always see the exact file that will be produced — including the structured N and FN name fields, typed TEL lines and the ADR block.

Correctness is the point of a generator like this. The output follows RFC 2426: lines end with CRLF as the specification demands, and commas and semicolons inside values are escaped so an organization like "Smith, Jones & Co" or an address with commas survives the round trip into iOS, Android, Google Contacts, Outlook or any CRM import. The downloaded file is named after the contact and imports with a double-click or a tap.

The second output is a QR code carrying the complete vCard payload — scan-to-contact for business cards, conference badges, presentation slides and email signatures. It is generated with the same engine as our standalone QR code generator, which you can use for plain links and Wi-Fi codes; here the payload is the full contact, and the tool warns you when it grows dense enough (around 1000 characters) that small printed codes become hard to scan.

Everything runs locally in your browser: the contact fields, the composed .vcf and the QR image never touch a server. That matters more here than for most tools — the data is literally your phone number, employer and address. Create the card, download the file or the QR PNG, and share it on your own terms.
