vCard QR Code Generator

This page opens the vCard generator with the QR code switched on. The idea is scan-to-contact: the QR code carries your entire vCard — name, phones, email, company, website — as its payload, so when someone points a phone camera at it, the phone offers to save the contact directly. No typing, no misheard digits, no business card to lose.

That makes it a practical piece of print and screen real estate: put the QR on the back of a business card, on a conference badge, on the last slide of a talk, in an email signature or on a shop counter. Modern iOS and Android cameras recognize vCard QR codes natively — the confirmation screen shows the parsed name and numbers before anything is saved.

There is one physical constraint worth knowing: QR capacity. The more fields you fill, the denser the code becomes, and dense codes scan poorly when printed small. The tool warns you when the payload passes roughly a thousand characters — if you hit that, trim the note field or drop the address, and keep the printed code at least a couple of centimeters wide.
