Unlike most appliances, a resistive heater really does pull its full rated power the entire time the element is on, which makes the math both simple and sobering.

At 0.15 per kWh that is 1.80 per day and 54 per month for a single room; at higher tariffs a heater running through the workday can quietly become the most expensive appliance in the home. The wattage is honest but generic: most heaters have a low setting around 750 W and a high one at 1500–2000 W, so check the label and edit the number. A built-in thermostat helps in practice — it switches the element off once the room is warm, so effective hours are lower than hours plugged in.
