This page opens the image-to-text tool with Spanish preselected — drop a photo or scan and press the button. The Spanish model recognizes ñ, the accented vowels á, é, í, ó, ú, ü and the inverted punctuation marks ¿ and ¡ that other models misread as garbage characters or skip entirely.
Spanish is one of the strongest OCR languages: its spelling is highly regular, so the engine's letter predictions are rarely ambiguous and clean scans routinely score above 90% confidence. Use it for scanned documents, book pages, receipts, menus and photos of street signs from any Spanish-speaking country.
As with every language here, recognition runs locally in your browser — the image is never uploaded anywhere, and only the Spanish language model is fetched once and cached. Copy the result to the clipboard or download it as .txt.
