This page opens the meat cooking time calculator with precooked ham preselected — and it's worth being precise about what that means: this is for reheating a ham that is already fully cooked (the kind sold vacuum-sealed, spiral-cut or whole, labeled "fully cooked" or "ready to eat"), not for cooking a raw, fresh ham from scratch, which is really a pork roast and needs the higher pork-roast rules instead.
Because you're only warming it through rather than cooking it, the rate here is faster than any raw cut: about 12 minutes per pound at 325°F (163°C), inside USDA's published 10 to 15 minute range for precooked ham. Enter the ham's weight and the calculator estimates how long it needs in the oven to reach serving temperature.
USDA's target for reheating a factory-sealed, USDA-inspected precooked ham is 140°F (60°C) measured at the center — noticeably lower than the 145°F for raw pork, precisely because the meat was already brought to a safe temperature once during processing. If the label says the ham needs to reach 165°F instead, that usually means it was repackaged outside a USDA-inspected plant; follow the package instructions over this general guideline in that case.
