D Natural minor's right-hand-only chart places its single black key, B♭, at the sixth degree — well after the first thumb-under at G, so the fingering only has to account for it on the way to the closing C, where the thumb crosses under one last time.
A flat arriving late in the scale, rather than early like E minor's sharp, is its own kind of challenge: the hand has to keep the same relaxed shape right up until the last few notes before the octave.
Run the right hand alone until the approach to B♭ and the final thumb-under both feel unhurried, then check the left-hand-only chart for D minor or the full tool for both hands together.
