Unlike the right hand, F Major's left hand keeps the standard 5-4-3-2-1-3-2-1 shape shared with C, G, D and A major — B♭ simply falls under the second finger, and the crossovers land cleanly on D and on the next octave's G.
It is worth isolating the left hand here precisely because it behaves normally while the right hand does not — this chart lets you confirm the left hand's crossing is unaffected by B♭ before combining it with the right hand's shifted grouping.
